Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All BrickForge orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Dongguan, China.
This allows us to maintain strict quality control and offer competitive pricing to builders worldwide.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
BrickForge prices include applicable export charges and standard international shipping arrangements from our warehouse in China.
In most cases, customers will not need to pay additional import duties or taxes.
However, depending on your country’s regulations, local customs authorities may apply additional import duties, taxes, clearance fees, or handling charges.
Any such additional charges imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
BrickForge has no control over customs processes or fees applied by local authorities and cannot be held responsible for delays or charges incurred during customs clearance.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

Order Issues
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
Any shortages, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
