At BrickForge, we take pride in supplying precision-engineered compatible bricks for serious builders. Every order is carefully checked and packed to ensure accuracy and quality.
Order Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages, missing items, or discrepancies should be reported to BrickForge within 72 hours of delivery.
This allows us to investigate and resolve any issues promptly.
After this 72-hour period, we may be unable to verify claims of shortages or missing items.
If an issue is reported, we may request supporting information, such as photographs of the package and contents.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted provided the conditions below are met.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
BrickForge reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned items to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs
This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging, inventory processing, and administrative costs.
This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing for all customers.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by BrickForge.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by BrickForge.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BrickForge cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy.
