We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars or your local currency if you prefer, and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include shipping costs, taxes, duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, all shipping and delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

BrickForge shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Returns, Shortages, and Refunds

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:

• Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to request a return.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of unto 25% may be applied to all returned goods.

This restocking fee covers handling, inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds will be processed after returned items have been received and inspected.

Reporting Missing Items or Shortages

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported to BrickForge within 72 hours of delivery.

Failure to notify BrickForge within this 72-hour period may result in BrickForge being unable to investigate or resolve the issue.

BrickForge reserves the right to request supporting evidence, including photographs of packaging and contents, before issuing replacements or refunds.

6. Product Compatibility and Use

BrickForge products are designed to be compatible with major building brick systems. However, BrickForge is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any other brand.

Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability for their intended use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of BrickForge and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
